The Atomic Gallery / Information
Terms of use.
The ground rules for exploring TAG, sharing links and preparing work for exhibition.
Who these terms cover
TAG / The Atomic Gallery is a trading name of Annexura Ltd, company number 04879239. Registered office: 1 Stewart Close, Southampton, Hampshire SO31 8NU. VAT number: 828555693.
Updated 3 November 2026 for the test-only digital download checkout. No live purchases are enabled. The public contact email is still being prepared.
Visiting and sharing
You may browse published exhibitions and use the gallery controls for personal viewing. You are welcome to share links to public artwork and exhibition pages, with their creator and AI credits intact.
Access to an image is not a licence to reproduce it on products, distribute high-resolution files or use it commercially. Any such use needs the relevant permission or a clearly stated licence. Applicable legal exceptions remain unaffected.
AI art and editorial content
TAG exhibits AI-derived work and identifies named influences as inspiration. Simulated physical media are described as effects. We do not represent digital files as physical paintings or promise that every AI-derived element carries exclusive copyright protection.
Ellis March is fictional and his voice and commentary are AI-generated. Editorial opinion is not a statement of investment value or a guarantee about an artwork. External articles and linked services have their own terms.
Submitting work
Creators must give accurate information about their work, AI tools, source material and permissions. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, private personal information without a suitable basis, or unlawful content.
Creator approval, artwork review, exhibition publication and sales eligibility are separate decisions. Uploading a master does not make it public or authorise its sale. Exhibition permission does not automatically grant T-shirt, print or digital-licensing rights.
Detailed display permissions and any later commercial agreement must be agreed for the specific use; these draft visitor terms do not assign a creator’s rights to TAG.
Use the gallery responsibly
Do not attempt to access another person’s records, private masters or administrator tools, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate others or submit abusive or infringing material. Content and rights concerns can be raised through Contact & reporting.
Test-only digital purchases
Only approved Mark Nicoll digital files are eligible. One artwork costs £6.97; two or more cost £5.27 each across collections. Works from one collection are capped at £29.99 together when that is cheaper. The server charges the lower valid total. Prices are in GBP and include 20% UK VAT for UK sales. US consumer sales carry no UK VAT; Stripe Tax handles any applicable US sales tax within the displayed total. UK and US customers only. Other billing countries are refunded and downloads withheld.
Stripe hosted Checkout is test-only. Never use a real card. The return URL is not proof of payment: only a verified paid webhook releases eligible downloads. There are no customer accounts or creator subscriptions. Stripe handles the payment receipt.
The approved original pixel size is shown before checkout. The home/office download licence permits downloading, printing, framing, home or office display and upscaling or resizing for your own larger prints. No resale or reproduction for commercial gain. Copyright stays with the creator.
You must request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your cancellation right ends when downloading begins. On the return page, you explicitly start downloads. Each private link lasts five minutes; links may be reissued for seven days after verified payment. Save your files during that window. These delivery limits do not limit the licence or statutory rights.
Nothing removes your rights for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content, or any other mandatory consumer rights. No live payment, payout or subscription is enabled.
Your rights and future changes
Nothing in these draft terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility where the law does not allow it. The final legal terms, applicable jurisdiction and effective date require review before launch.
We will keep a dated version of material policy changes. How personal data is used is explained separately in the privacy notice.
The public contact channel is being prepared. During this invited preview, contact the person who gave you access. A monitored contact address will be published on the Contact & reporting page before public launch.
